Head of Entertainment at Capital Radio responsible for the first 100,000 capacity Party in the Park, Hyde Park, then leaving to start an event production business ‘entertee’ I have been involved with organising a wide variety of prestigious events across the UK including concerts, festivals and corporate events ,www.entertee.events

During my career I co-founded 2 other award winning ventures: Black Deer Festival of Americana and entertee hire. Black Deer Festival is a festival and celebration of Americana and roots music, featuring incredible artists and activities attracting a vibrant community of fans. I am passionate about this genre and its subcultures, and I am proud to have played an active role as Festival Director in bringing the festival to life in the beautiful grounds of Eridge Estate. www.blackdeerfestival.com. I am now an ambassador for the festival and involved with expanding the brand through Black Deer Live with one day shows throughout the year and launching Black Deer Radio.

‘entertee hire’ is a leading fencing supplier to the UK events and festival industry, offering a range of innovative and cost-effective solutions. I co-founded this company with my son Reece Tee in 2004, and as a start up, we designed a fencing system that met the needs of our clients and the marketplace. The business, led by Reece has grown to become a leading supplier to the industry and continues to grow under Reece’s direction as MD. www.entertee.com.
