Dawn’s experience in payments spans over two decades, working with merchants and major financial institutions such as VISA, American Express and Elavon. Throughout her career, Dawn has helped PSPs and merchants alike, expand their global payments reach, enhance their data security and reduced risks of fraud in a variety of sectors including travel, event ticketing and retail. Dawn is passionate about the payments industry and has been at the forefront of the adoption of pay at table in QSR environments, supporting the change in consumer demand for grab & go self-service concepts and navigating new payment methods such as Open Banking. Since joining FEP-PAY, Dawn has been leveraging her experience to help businesses connect their customers across online and in-person payments to maximise revenues while elevating customer’s buying journey.
