To take full responsibility, ownership and delivery of the Club’s revenue budget across Hotel, C and E, ticket sales (international and domestic) and hospitality. To manage cricket and venue sales activities of the Club.

• To develop a rolling 3 year sales plan for the Club focusing on the delivery of domestic and international ticket and hospitality sales targets and to grow domestic and international ticket and hospitality sales year on year.

• To own and take responsibility for the annual tactical sales plan to deliver international and domestic ticket sales budgets.

• To own and manage the dynamic stadium segmentation and pricing strategy to optimize yield for any given match.

• To support and set and operate an appropriate series of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and budgets for the 4 key direct reports: Cricket sales, hospitality, hotel and C and E.

• To support the Head of Venue Sales and Hotel Sales Manager in delivering the C and E and new Hotel sales targets for the Club.

• To support the Head of Ticketing & Digital Services and Hospitality Sales Manager in delivering all hospitality budgets for the Club.

• To provide regular performance reports to the Chief Executive and the Board to keep them fully informed on the performance of the international ticket sales strategy and annual delivery.
